Those with well-behaved crate-trained pups, looking for a more stylish crate option that doubles as an end table may want to check out the Eco-Flex option. Made from a non-toxic composite of reclaimed wood and recycled plastic for the body, and stainless steel tubing for the spindles, it passes as furniture with a wood-like look and a solid surface for setting things.
Four color options (white, gray, brown, black) ensure an option to go with most any décor. And four sizes (small for a 20 pound pup up to extra-large for up to 100 pounds) provide ample room for most pups to curl up in and feel safe. The small is around 22 inches tall, 18 inches wide and 24 inches long, while the extra-large is around 31 inches tall, 28 inches wide and 43 inches long. Pricing ranges from around $134 for the small, to $237 for the large.

Made of non-toxic materials, with all parts welded, even the most persistent escape artists (and crate destroyers) should stay safe in these crates. Fully collapsible (good for those that move around), the crate can be set up in a matter of minutes. A front door allows for pet entry/exit, while the top also opens, should you want to add some toys, food, etc. to the pen without letting pup run out the door. On casters for rolling, if need be, these can be locked for stability. And the wide, flat bars allow for support of a cushy bed for pup's comfort.

Though the original red western cedar log houses seem to be discontinued, they now offer a southern yellow pine house. This incorporates a sustainably managed resource that is biodegradable, most of this house will go back to nature more rapidly than a recycled plastic option.
